In yet another strange moment for its odd year, that’s 2020; Bud Light has entered the console wars. The BL6 — that Anheuser-Busch directly contrasts to the PS5 and Xbox collection X/S — is a gaming console having an in-built projector, which also doubles as a beer koozie. There’s still much debate concerning the new consoles per week following their launches; it’s apparent that the American brewing business uses this time for a promotion opportunity.
Constructed in the form 0f a half-hour, the BL6 is basically a gaming PC, as mentioned by PCMag. The BL6 comes with an Intel i7 CPU, 16GB of RAM, an Asus projector, two controls, and incorporated graphics via Intel Iris. The half-console/half-koozie/half-projector includes two hours of battery life and comes pre-loaded with Tekken 7, Soulcalibur VI, and Broforce. There’s a games console exclusive sport made by Bud Light themselves in Six Puck’s shape, a spin on hockey.

The BL6 can be found through an auction in Shop Beer Gear (that can be Anheuser-Busch’s own shop ). All profits will be going into the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation because its Change will be about the Menu program, which will teach, train, and empower restaurant workers in a market suffering from the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. As of the time of writing, the current greatest bid for the six is 6,000.
The BL6 is compared to its rivals from Sony and Microsoft, with Bud Light producing light of this PS5’s large dimensions and bending the console’s capability to maintain beers chilly over the Xbox collection X its own separately-sold Xbox refrigerator. Though the PS5 and Xbox collection X are likely stronger than BL6, players surely can not rely on them to carry drinks and keep them cold.
It appears that Bud Light is becoming further in the gamer market after the beer manufacturer branching into esports. Back in September this year, Bud Light hosted an esports championship comprising shroud and DrLupo. The American beer manufacturer has also partnered with London-based esports group Fnatic and the League of Legends Championship Series at Los Angeles.
Besides Bud Light, Philadelphia Cream Cheese has also employed the console wars as an advertising opportunity, releasing a cheesecake kit including the PS5. The kit sells for a portion of this PS5’s price at $4.99.
