Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 to premiere in January 2022
Although the Attack on Titan manga ended several months ago, there are still many stories left to be told before it wraps up. MAPPA announced that Attack on Titan Final Season Part 2 would begin in January 2022 via their Twitter account.
MAPPA announced that the series would debut an animated special before the new season. This special episode will feature Levi, Ani and Mikasa, who will recap the past and look forward to the next.
It remains to be seen how closely the anime will be adapted for the final season. When the manga ended in April, it was met with divided opinions among the fanbase, which opens up the chance for a slight change by MAPPA. However, it’s also possible that the studio will adapt the story as originally written.
Attack On Titan Final Season Part 2 will be available on Crunchyroll as soon as it is released in the early part of next year.
