When does Crimson Desert come out? The release date for Pearl Abyss’s new MMO
Despite being piping hot, New World’s reaction to the game turning mixed is now a sign that MMO players are looking to 2022 for anything new. (Final Fantasy XIV is out, guys!) Last year, Pearl Abyss, the developers of Black Desert, announced that a new game would be launched in 2021.
Due to the pandemic, Pearl Abyss decided to delay the game’s release until sometime in 2022. This announcement was made via Twitter, which has been mostly inactive since September.
The developer has not yet provided any information about the game’s progress. You can assume it is in the thick of development but don’t want people to harass them with endless details. It will be released over time, and we should expect a new trailer within the next few months (maybe even at the 2021 Game Awards).
