PHYSICAL VERSIONS of GTA: THE TRILOGY- THE DEFINITIVE E-EDITION DELAYED
Rockstar Games has delayed the physical release of Grand Theft Auto III: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition until December 17th for PS4/Xbox One. The Nintendo Switch version of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – Definitive Edition has been delayed further to “early 202022”. Initially, the boxed version of the game was due to be released next week on December 7th.
The physical versions of the trilogy will be made available for play on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S through backwards compatibility. The many problems with the remastered trilogy discovered since its release digitally in November will not surprise fans.
Since launch, numerous updates have been made to the games to fix bugs and increase performance. Yesterday’s update included fixes to texture issues such as lighting and rain. The game’s PC version was temporarily unavailable for several days while Rockstar attempted to delete private files.
Grand Theft Auto – The Trilogy: Definitive Edition can be downloaded digitally right now on PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
