Developer Stray Bombay has confirmed the Anacrusis crossplay will be available from the moment that the game launches in Early Access on January 13.
No matter which Xbox console or PC storefront you choose, you can play the game with friends on any other platform without any restrictions. This is also true for the PC Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass versions.
According to the developer, codes can be used to let players join your game.
Anacrusis cross-platform support is a way to test the system and root out any potential problems. It also makes it easier to access games during peak hours.
The Anacrusis was initially been slated for launch in 2021. However, it will now be available to early access via Steam and Epic Games Store, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
