Strange Warzone Glitch Removes Bolt Action From Kar98k
Call of Duty Warzone received an update on December 15, which included a number of bug fixes and balance adjustments. We also found a new problem which could cause the game to crash.
This bug allows the Kar98k to transform into a semi-auto weapon capable of causing death at all ranges. This glitch allows the Kar98k to fire at a much higher rate than a bolt-action weapon. It is surprising that this happens, however.
KRNG depv, a Warzone YouTuber, uploaded a clip of the bugged Kar98k online. It shows the incredible fire rate that is possible. The clip features the rifle firing bullets and bypassing the rechamber animation.
After a few content creators posted clips of the bugged Kar98k online, the bug was discovered by the community. Some videos show that the bug could have been there for a while and was not yet known to the public.
The Kar98k can be used as a traditional sniper weapon, but firing without the bolt-action animation will allow you to take your enemies by surprise. Although semi-auto fire is great for quickly finishing off enemies, the recoil can prove difficult to control.
Low FPS issues on Xbox Series consoles, and other bugs, are all listed on the Warzone Trello Board. This board lists all known issues. Raven Software appears to be unaware of this Kar98k glitch.
When will the Kar98k Glitch be fixed?
Raven Software is expected to quickly address the issue as more players have reported the problem since the December 15th update. The Kar98k is a great weapon in battle royale. This glitch makes it semi-automatic, but it breaks the archetype of the sniper.
