‘Elden Ring’ Streamer Discovers Boss Has Second Phase After Hours Of Grinding
I think you will have no trouble accepting that Elden Ring is difficult if you are one of the 12,000,000 (and counting) players . What makes a game difficult? This is unheard of.
You will be challenged by many bosses and enemies in this title. Many of them will keep you in a literal (but also metaphorical) chokehold for hours until you learn their attack patterns and movements well enough to fight your own way through. You can either get lucky or it could be both. Perhaps a little bit of each. It doesn’t matter what, the moment you succeed is unforgettable. It would be terrible if everything became 10 times worse.
This is exactly what happened with Twitch streamer Licari. He has been playing a lot of Elden Ring recently and many of those hours have been spent trying to defeat Melania, Blade of Miquela. The fanbase agrees that she is, if not, the most difficult boss in the game. She’s quick, tough, and heals herself when she scores a hit. It’s not surprising that Licari is so difficult to beat.
Malena is full, unfortunately, of surprises. The streamer found out the hard way. He finally won after eight hours of hard work, only to find out that there is a second phase. He could only laugh as he saw his boss transform into a huge winged figure. Then he died instantly as the fight resumed. “You will see true horror” was a promise that was immediately fulfilled.
The streamer has not been online since then but he clearly doesn’t plan on accepting defeat anytime soon. He tweeted yesterday that his boss “Dumbass boss” was lucky he was tired. He’ll hopefully not be as stuck for this time.
