Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands 1.0.2.0A Patch Fixes Buffmeister, and I am Distraught.

A new patch was released for the game with Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands’ initial DLC, Captors. It is expected to be available in under an hour. It focuses primarily on fixing bugs that the community has voiced concern about. The Buffmeister spell was one of the most popular. Initially, it was meant to increase your secondary spell’s damage. However, it instead applied the damage value to firearms. Players could effectively farm the Chaos Chamber and obliterate any obstacles in their path.

The Moon Orb currency is another significant change. This currency is used to reroll gear for different enchantments. This currency had a cap of 4,000 characters previously. It wasn’t much, as the cost of rerolling attributes can be quite costly. Because of the limited amount of Moon Orbs available, players were constantly running out and had to grind them again. Gearbox has addressed this problem by increasing the Moon Orb cap from 16,000 to 20,000. Also, the Moon Orb value will drop from 10 to 20, and the Moon Orb Stacks will increase from 40 to 80. This should make crafting your perfect Fatemaker much easier, especially when you reach the endgame when your builds must be nearly perfect.

The increase in Chaos Tiers, from 20 to 35, is something I don’t like about the endgame. The gearbox essentially makes all the gear players grind since the beginning of the game. Players who have spent hours crafting their characters will now need to go back and hunt for the items they want. This is due to the new Primordial rarity Tier for gear. It will drop on loot only once you reach level 35 in Chaos Chamber. Mirrors of Mystery, an endgame activity, is also being added. However, it will only be available to those who have purchased the Coiled Captain DLC.

Lucky Dice is now tied to your account and not to individual characters. Users will not need to hunt for these dice on their characters to increase their loot luck percentage. If you find them all on one Fatemaker, you can have them all collected by every Fatemaker that you create. You will be able to play through other characters with ease, as your loot luck percentage is much higher than if you had a new account. You can also change the name of your pet (finally!). You can do this by visiting any Quick Change Station.

Clawbringer also received some needed buffs. These include an increase in the damage radius for Cleansing Flame’s melee and the removal of Storm Smite’s cooldown. Storm Smite has also improved its targeting and scales, with higher levels reaching 50%. This class was widely considered to be the worst in the game. The gearbox finally shows Clawbringers some love, which is a nice change.
