It seems Dino Crisis is finally making its way onto modern consoles. It’s just not the way we would have liked it too.

Fans of Capcom and other survival horror series have longed for it to return for a while. The Dino Crisis 3 was the last game in this series. It was released in 2003. As a Metroid fan, I thought it was terrible.

Dino Crisis fans will still have to wait until a new entry in the series. But, we have good news: the original PlayStation Dino Crisis is making its way to PlayStation 5 as part of the all-new Plus.

Twitter user @windycornertv noticed that the Hong Kong PlayStation Store, where the new PS Plus was launched, is now showing Dino Crisis as part of its revamped subscription service.

Although none of the Dino Crisis titles is available for download or purchase through the service, the Classic Catalogue section of the Store has a photo of Regina, the series’ protagonist. This is a clear indicator that Dino Crisis will be coming to the service, it seems?

Sony has not confirmed the complete list of PS1 classic games that will launch in the UK with the new PS Plus, but thanks to the Hong Kong launch, we have an idea of what bangers are coming.

It is also possible to bet that Sony will rotate classics now and then, so Dino Crisis csertain.
