Loporrits Hacks the FFXIV Twitter account, Tweetingway Goes HAM
You would have seen The Loporrits take over Final Fantasy XIV Twitter account. Tweeting away snuck in and obtained Twitter fingers or paws. What do rabbits have? The adorable little rabbits introduced in Endwalker seem to have very little to do these days. We wouldn’t be able to survive without them.
It’s unclear how long this takeover will continue before the FFXIV social-media team tracks down Tweetingway to end it. But, for now, let us recap the chaos.
Tweeting away is taking advantage of this opportunity. One poll showed that 42.4% of Twitterers thought Tweetingway should eat Crimson Carrot lunch. The Loporrit then proceeded to upload video evidence of their lunch. They also asked for their Loporrit names and requested help finding Puddingway (which is probably deep in Bestway’s Burrow’s pantry). They also asked how to use emojis. I don’t think that they are aware that this is not Google.
The account has been retweeting Loporrits fanart, which is a cool aspect of the Twitter takeover. It was great to see the cute work of artists deeply in FFXIV, showing their visions of Tweetingway eating carrots and tweeting out from chaos from a Tomestone Phone.
