Is access transferable from Overwatch 2 Beta 1?
If you had access to the Beta first, it would not carry over to the Beta on June 28. The form below will require you to sign up again for the June 28 beta.
Although this may be annoying, Blizzard claims they have taken this approach because Overwatch 2’s primary goal is to play on consoles and test its cross-play feature.
Team 4, the Blizzard Entertainment team responsible for Overwatch development, stated this in a recent FAQ: “Because this, we must select players based in large part on their platform choice. So we’re launching an opt-in process that tracks player platform preference.”
