Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth has just unveiled a stunning first gameplay trailer!
Summer Game Fest 2016 has come to a close and it was certainly a memorable night! Geoff Keighley promised us an outstanding finale, and certainly delivered with unveiling Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth’s impressive first gameplay trailer.
Ubisoft surprised everyone by unveiling an incredible Prince of Persia game: no, not The Sands of Time – with Ubisoft unveiling an unexpected announcement a new Prince of Persia game; as promised we got an in-depth look at Mortal Kombat 1’s brutal gameplay; Lies of P was revealed with its demo available across major platforms now; plus Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 finally received its release date; making for an exceptionally eventful evening and surprising appearance from Nic Cage himself who even stopped by; making for my favorite announcement was finally getting Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, but that might just take the cake with me being there… Bizarre indeed. But nonetheless! You were here for Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth… Without further delay let me present to you the trailer…
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth marks an exciting new chapter in the ongoing remake saga of Final Fantasy 7. According to its synopsis: Cloud Strife and his friends have left Midgar behind to travel across Gaia in search of Sephiroth who has gone rogue after Cloud has betrayed him with his sword-wielding ways.
Unfortunately, no definitive release date for Final Fantasy 15 has yet been set, although we know roughly that it should arrive on PlayStation 5 by early 2024. Teases suggest players will explore an expansive world utilizing both its full graphical fidelity as well as DualSense’s unique features for maximum playback experience – making for what promises to be another impressive new entry in Final Fantasy’s legendary catalogue!
On Twitter, creative director Tetsuya Nomura teased that players should continue following the official Final Fantasy account for future updates – something we plan on doing ourselves!
