Here Is This Year’s Guardian Games Gear in Destiny 2
Guardian Games returns as Destiny 2’s spring seasonal event this season as Titans, Warlocks and Hunters compete against one another to claim class supremacy by completing various challenges and earning medals. Of course there’s new gear waiting to be collected during this event- it has even been datamined before being officially unveiled!
As in past Guardian Games events, players will receive class items from Eva Levante that can be worn during this year’s Guardian Games event – this year these include Serpent’s Glory Mantle for Hunters, Phoenix Ascent Bond for Warlocks and Lion Reign Mark for Titans (Hunters only). Furthermore, Aspiring Challenger, Resolute Champion and Enduring Conquerer armor sets will likely also become Eververse ornaments available to purchase with Bright Dust or Silver coins.
Destiny 2’s 2023 Guardian Games will see a brand-new weapon: Taraxippos is an elegant 200 RPM lightweight Strand rifle equipped with various perks that could include Outlaw, Fourth Time’s the Charm, Moving Target as well as Kill Clip Hatchling Explosive Payload in its third column and Kill Clip, Hatchling Explosive Payload in its fourth. Furthermore, Taraxippos will gain its very own Classy Contender Origin Trait which grants class ability energy when killing opponents; previously exclusive only The Title SMG had this trait until now!
Players who complete enough event challenges during the Guardian Games in Destiny 2 will earn themselves the Champ title. If you have already attempted three events and earned Reveler titles from those events, Champ should also complete your Reveler title collection.
