Warzone fans applaud “broken” Season 4 Reloaded as soon as it becomes available to them.
Warzone continues to receive regular weapon updates from Raven Software, with their most recent update known as Season 4 Reloaded providing yet more nerfs and buffs that have upended Call of Duty’s battle royale meta game.
As well as weapon balancing, MX Guardian shotgun has made its debut, along with Diabolical Camo Challenges that players must complete to complete them successfully.
Shotgun has quickly caught the attention of players diving into action-based shooter titles like Fortnite. Some believe its performance so strong in matches warrants its “nerfing”, further drawing in fans into its grips.

User Lordtone215 took to Reddit recently and posted footage from an ongoing Vondel match as evidence that this particular gun might indeed be overpowering.
After successfully dispatching his opponent in the video clip, one fan lamented: “This game is broken; this isn’t even enjoyable!”
At least some other community members agree, with one noting: “It feels broken because it is! Players asked Raven Software to dial back the shotguns but instead (turned things up to 11).”
Since Warzone launched on Xbox, developers have struggled with how best to balance shotguns. While their close-range firepower makes these weapons appealing, their lack of countermeasures leaves players few options when facing an onslaught of bullets.
As Season 4 Reloaded gets underway, MX Guardian has quickly become one of the stand-out weapons, as more people utilize its effectiveness in matches. Unfortunately, due to this weapon’s impressive in-game performance and widespread community dissatisfaction with it; there may well be changes made by developers that adjust this weapon more accordingly with other shotguns in the game.
