Every month, PlayStation Plus changes, often leading to 10 amazing titles being cut from its list and displeaseing many customers.

PlayStation Plus will make another change to its offering this August, adding and subtracting several titles from its Extra and Premium Tier subscription-based downloadable games catalogues.

Fans were highly applauded this month’s drop, who celebrated its inclusion of high-rated games as well as rare gems they may otherwise never have come across otherwise.

Unfortunately, August’s lineup is off to an ominous start: 10 games announced as being removed with this update are all beloved titles that fans will greatly miss.

The Crew 2, Borderlands 3 and Carmageddon: Max Damage are just three titles making a fast departure, though Yakuza Kiwami 1, Kiwami 2 and Yakuza 0. will certainly leave an impactful void within your subscription service.

Yakuza series has long been celebrated among critics and fans, both critics and players, for its story, open world setting and hilarious events that unfold during its single player campaign – so it is disappointing that new subscribers won’t have much opportunity to experience them without paying. Yet somehow the remaining Yakuza games may remain on Xbox Game Pass before potentially being pulled at some future date; worth remembering though that all Yakuza games can also be found there too!

August’s schedule of games can be found as follows:

Yakuza Zero (YZO), Yakuza Kiwami 1 and 2 as well as Borderlands 3, Carmageddon: Max Damage 2 as well as DCL: The Game with Nidhogg are amongst other titles released for purchase on Grip Nidhogg’s platform.
8-Bit Armies mes Although its disappointing to lose these titles from PlayStation Plus, August will bring plenty of great new games – highly rated titles like Undertale and It Takes Two have certainly got fans pumped about what lies ahead!

PlayStation Plus subscribers have until the end of each month to take advantage of playing outgoing titles before having to purchase them separately and pay additional costs. This could be your last opportunity to give these titles a test before having to buy them separately!
