PlayStation Plus owners have expressed regret at being denied an update due to free game availability issues.
PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers have expressed displeasure at how an easy-to-platinum title has been changed and made more difficult, making achieving 100% more challenging.
PlayStation gamers who aspire to achieve 100% on each game and earn themselves the Platinum Trophy are treated to digital rewards that mark this momentous achievement – making for an especially appealing combination for trophy hunters! When combined with PlayStation Plus Extra’s massive library, gamers may discover even greater success at collecting digital trophies than they imagined possible!
But some games may be easier than others for completion; one recently allowed players to outsource much of the hard work to others before joining online and collecting all their trophies!
If you don’t know, Stranded Deep is a survival game where players navigate the Pacific Ocean in search of supplies in an attempt to stay alive for as long as possible.
Until recently, earning trophies was made even easier thanks to an innovative glitch in Stranded Deep’s multiplayer mode. If someone played normally and unlocked an abundance of trophies, they could invite another friend who’d share all their progress – so even if it had been months since playing yourself you could unlock any and all trophies because your friend did so first!
This glitch was present for some time but unfortunately was patched the other day, meaning if you want the Platinum trophy it must now be earned the hard way – playing together may also help!
PlayStation Extra offers plenty of titles that make earning the Platinum trophy straightforward, including AAA releases as well as great indie gems…
Stranded Deep is now available to download for PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscribers as well as players on PC, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch devices.
