Elden Ring players have certainly taken full advantage of its base version while waiting to hear more details regarding its highly-anticipated DLC content.

Many players have recently added mods to their battle against the game’s legendary bosses with mods, giving themselves an advantage and some fresh combat moves.

Meanwhile, streamers have even gone so far as completing challenge runs through The Lands Between using Bop-Its, dance pads and the electrical activity from their brains – with one musically talented creator even managing to complete a no-hit run of any percentage using just his or her saxophone!

Think you could defeat Elden Ring with musical instrument? As reported by IGN, DrDeComposing, who orchestrates this smooth jazz journey through The Lands Between, may just have you beat.

At first they used an electric saxophone as they gradually progressed toward winning their game; as part of a wider challenge dubbed ‘The Deathless Doot Run,” no hits were taken for a certain period.

As shown by the clip below, their efforts have finally earned them victory – Radagon and Elden Beast both fallen quickly at DrDeComposing’s Roland Aerophone AE-10’s fingertips.

While their fight may have ended quickly and caused them to burst out laughing in excitement with tears of happiness streaming down their cheeks, they didn’t appear too sure of themselves going in.

However, in the moments leading up to their encounter during the run’s last stream, streamer quietly prepared. She even turned towards an online clip showing someone performing an impressive recorder solo for some extra good luck.

DrDeComposing tweeted of their success, suggesting they believe it to be “the world’s first no-hit run of Elden Ring using nontraditional controllers”.

Since completing their challenge, they’ve recorded another stream that allows viewers to rewatch and dissect some of its most compelling moments – give that one a watch if you want an inside peek!
