Fans of Hogwarts Legacy agree that the game is the ‘biggest disappointment’
Hogwarts legacy has many positives, but also some negatives. Avalanche Software’s wizarding game has a lot of great elements, but some areas left players feeling disappointed.
It is likely that a Hogwarts Legacy will be improved, given the fact that generated more than $1 billion. It’s only a question of time before a sequel gets announced. The rest of open world leaves a lot to be desired. Fans say developers ‘grossly overstated’ the depth of game. Before the release of the game, a number of features were reportedly cut, including branching paths and . Hogwarts is usually left out when critics attack the game, but players agree that the Grand Staircase in the game is not all that grand.
Reddit user, readytogohomenow stated: “I am thoroughly disappointed by the Grand Staircase. […] I can’t believe how disappointing the Grand Staircase is in this game. The Grand Staircase is not the only thing that’s important. With how few connections it has, you could call this the passage to no where. […] This just feels like an end. “I wish it were more like the Grand Staircase from the Fifth Game, where there are corridors leading to classrooms.”
The biggest disappointment is the fact that it does not move. The stairs remain in their original location, even though the staircase disappears. The stair drama in books and films was the’s**t that I needed’ kind of drama. “I wanted to see a bastion of ever-changing stairs, but there is only a spiral staircase that leads to some fairly uninteresting areas.
Many other players also agreed. TheLegoHPfan agreed with Inspector_Beyond . The spiral staircase is supposed to represent the heart of Hogwarts. However, it only leads to 4 places. It’s too bad. I really hope that it is completely redone in the sequel. In the sequel, I imagine we will see brand-new magical locations.
