The Rock does not play Kratos in the God Of War series, director says.
Everyone’s fine. Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will not play Kratos in the coming God of War series that will be available on Amazon and this is keeping us hopeful of having Christopher Judge retain the role.
It’s been quite a while when we’ve not received an God of War update of any sort. The time is approaching a year after God of War Ragnarokwas launched. According to insiders, an DLC expansion is currently in working and sounds sensible. The post-game quest promises a new adventure for Tyr and Atreus, however it will take Atreus in his journeys. It’s also getting adaptations. The whole cast are keen to be back to the show, and Cory Barlog has already promised the same amount of respect to the series as it was to HBO’s critically acclaimed the critically-acclaimed Last of Us. The fans would like to have Christopher Judge portray the character in live-action. But we do have a clue who’s not currently on the list for the role – and it’s Dwayne Johnson.
After TMZ announced it was believed that Dwayne Johnson was being considered for the role, Barlog responded to the report via Twitter by saying, “I have literally never heard anything about this.” True that Johnson has Kratos the incredible physique of Kratos and looks, but who else shares it? Christopher Judge – and he’s extremely keen to keep the position, just in the way he’s supposed to.
In the past the earlier this year, Judge was quoted in an earlier this year, Judge reacted to an article in which he said the Dave Bautista should play the character. The judge wrote “And it’s been said that I can’t read a room.” Later, he said, “Don’t get me wrong I believe Bautista is fantastic but …” Atreus actor Sunny Suljic would like to return the Atreus role.” as Atreus and added “I swear to God that if I’m not hired for this.”
A Freya star Danielle Bisutti then joined in by writing “I feel that Sunny.” There’s a saying that says you should never play with good things. You can find the perfect casting in the middle.
