Bethesda has released the first official update for Starfield Starfield, and the update is expected to contain various adjustments and improvements that people have requested for.

At GAMINGbible towers, we were awestruck by Starfield to the point that we have awarded the film an unheard-of 10/10. Many fans believe that it’s not quite as good. There are way too many loading screens for one thing and the space journey doesn’t exactly match what people thought it would be.

Although this initial Starfieldupdate will certainly only the very first among many others, this could be a step towards showing the fact that Bethesda does not intend to delegate everything up to the modders.

“First, an enormous thank you to all of you playing Starfield and your support,” Bethesda posted via Twitter. We’re awestruck by your response, and everything you enjoy about the game. We’re also looking through all the positive feedback regarding your suggestions for how the game can be changed or added into the game.

“This is a game we’ll be supporting for years and years to come, so please keep all the feedback coming! Even if we don’t get to your requests immediately, we’d love to do it in the future, like city maps. Our priority initially is making sure any top blocker bugs or stability issues are addressed, and adding quality-of-life features that many are asking for.”

Bethesda announces that the initial update will consist of the “small hotfix” targeted at several of the biggest issues. Following this, there will be numerous regular updates which introduce several new features such as the controls for brightness and contrast, HDR Calibration Menus, the FOV Slider Nvidia the DLSS support (PC) 32:9 Ultrawide Support (PC) as well as the Eat button to eat food!

Bethesda states: “We’re also working closely with Nvidia, AMD, and Intel on driver support, and each update will include new stability and performance improvements.”

The developer also said it will continue to roll out the official mod support on PC as well as consoles, and that it plans to be able to launch it in the next calendar year. There’s been a little bit of waiting however, it’s would be a great excuse to revisit Starfieldin 2024.
