Steam users will soon have access to Diablo 4.
I keep losing track of just how many amazing games have come out this year – the selection has truly been impressive, from Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 and Mario Bros. Wonder to Alan Wake 2, Persona 5 Tactica and Avatar Frontiers of Pandora still to come – so the fun won’t end anytime soon.
Back in June, Diablo IV made history for Activision Blizzard by earning more money in one week than it had earned all year with Diablo Immortal! Diablo IV even hit an astonishing sales milestone of $666 Million within five days! Lilith would surely approve. Additionally, this game became Blizzard’s fastest selling title ever; numerous updates to increase playability were implemented soon after release and teases of Diablo V were already floating about; before then however, Diablo IV will come directly to Steam!
Your wait for Diablo IV’s arrival on Steam should soon come to an end! The popular RPG will officially land on 17 October on Steam’s storefront – offering crossplay support that lets you team up with friends on Xbox, PlayStation and Battle.net simultaneously as it marks the beginning of its latest Season. Spooky.
Season of Blood marks the second installment in Diablo IV. While its predecessor proved controversial due to devs nerfing a variety of classes without due notice or due process from fans, that decision was eventually reversed with later patches. Season of Blood will feature 90 Tiers; 27 free offerings while 63 premium offerings must first be unlocked by purchasing the battle pass to access these additional premium tiers.
Season of Blood’s new questline will introduce you to some lethal and bloodthirsty enemies; those who have completed the main campaign can skip right over this part and complete Missing Pieces quest from prologue, giving them access to Season of Blood content instantly! What more could anyone ask for?
