Starfield players appear unable to see out their game to its conclusion.

Starfield has now been out for one month, giving players plenty of time to become immersed in it and explore. Surprisingly though, some are reporting being bored after becoming disinterested – an indication of some sort of decline within Starfield itself.

Bethesda’s space epic Starfield has proven more divisive than we anticipated. We gave it our highest score (10/10), noting its revolutionary scale and sense of opportunity while others found fault with loading screens and fast travel – although criticism still exists; regardless, Bethesda achieved one of their most successful launches ever with Starfield being responsible. Since launch day, several updates have been released with one highly requested feature added only yesterday! Additionally city maps will soon follow with DLC coming like Shattered Space DLC offering yet more credits! Unfortunately not every player cares to roll credits either!

Personal experience shows me Starfield is highly engaging – its narrative developing an increasingly riveting path as I played further into it. Not all, however; one Reddit user wrote in to ask if others have found Starfield too tedious for their tastes: I played 15 hours total before taking a break due to becoming busy; found Starfield quite decent but now can’t bring myself back into playing it as its narrative feels so tedious compared to Skyrim or Fallout games.” “Did anyone else find Starfield somewhat monotonous after 15 hours play through? Played 15 hours and thought it wasn’t bad… not as great (not as Skyrim or Fallout) yet had stopped playing due to being busy, yet can’t bring myself back into playing it because its narrative feels so tediously mundane compared to Bethesda games of past.”

At this writing, this post had over 1,000 upvotes. Welshdragon888 noted, “After 50 hours I took a break and will only jump back in once the DLC releases. Too many other games to play.” mrgreen4242 agreed and stated “After 80 hours played this feels more like work than fun; although there are some amazing things within its confines; unfortunately though I feel no desire to clean out inventory or build ships or anything due to making too many tasks feel too hard work! I enjoyed some aspects of it though!”

Zealousideal_Sun8519 noted, “Yup. Done 50 hours quest-hopping back-to-back without encountering anyone I cared for and felt nothing but boredom; can’t please everyone though!
