Elden Ring DLC release date may soon become known online.
After its debut in 2022, From Software’s Elden Ring quickly rose to become one of the best games ever produced and one of its all-time greats.
Elden Ring earned high reviews across sites like Metacritic. Our reviewer Ewan Moore gave the game his highest marks with our reviewer Ewan Moore saying this about it: “Elden Ring is an absolutely astonishing adventure which elevates From Software’s tried-and-tested formula to unprecedented levels – truly one of the finest video games released within the last ten years!”
Shadow of the Erdtree sent Elden Ring fans into an uproar earlier this year when its major DLC release was revealed, leaving fans eagerly anticipating new and deadly adventures within its Lands Between setting. Additionally, developer From Software hinted that even more Elden Ring DLC may arrive later.
At present, Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree does not yet have an official release date announced, though that could change soon. Twitter user NextGenPlayer posted an article from Italian media outlet Multiplayer which implies Shadow of the Erdtree may make its debut at The Game Awards this December and be available to buy by 5 February 2024 – suggesting an announcement might soon come about!
From Software likely started working on Shadow of the Erdtree soon after the release of Elden Ring and nearly two years later would seem appropriate as an appropriate way of celebrating Shadow’s release date – February, when Elden Ring first hit store shelves 2022 would make sense!
At this stage, speculations regarding From Software or Elden Ring publisher Bandai Namco should be taken with caution until an official statement from them.
