Steam users now have one last opportunity to take advantage of free game downloads and enjoy hundreds of titles for themselves.
Steam users who miss out will soon miss their chance to explore hundreds of free games as the Steam Next Fest begins winding down, and demos will soon disappear – now is the time to explore while there is time! Don’t delay: make the most out of it now while there is time!
There are currently over 1,000 demos available as part of Next Fest. These demos for games upcoming are your only chance to try truly unique titles; including AAA games such as Robocop: Rogue City from Warner Bros and indie titles by smaller studios such as Pixel Savant Games.
I was delighted by all of the games in Steam’s sale this time around; though unfortunately I never got around to playing all of their demoes! Don’t make my mistake and spend some time exploring these amazing titles on your Steam library! You won’t regret it!
If you want to discover which games could become your next obsession or highlight of 2019, browsing our extensive list is worth your while – from racing games, simulation games, base builders and RPGs all the way through to VR titles – there’s sure to be something here that fits the bill perfectly!
With so much going on at a demo festival, many games were added to wishlists as an indicator for future popularity – Enshrouded (a survival base-builder where you try and save an imperiled race); Deep Rock Galactic Survivor, which takes inspiration from Vampire Survivor; and Sky: Children of the Light which seems similar to Journey may all prove worthy contenders in terms of wishlist addition.
Now is an ideal opportunity to add games of interest to your wishlist, especially if you own a Steam Deck or PC platform of preference. A number of titles in the festival have already begun showing themselves off playably early and let you jump right in early with no delays in availability or hassle.
