Fortnite has always been known for surprising crossovers. While Halloween’s Michael Myers had long been requested as part of Fortnitemares 2023, no fan could have anticipated his appearance within its walls. With Fortnitemares 2023 now out there, we finally see its shape taking form!
Epic has just made an unexpected announcement: Michael Myers will appear as part of Fortnitemares 2023! They tend to keep it under the radar, so perhaps Epic hopes this crossover will drive more interest for Fortnitemares 2023 this Halloween season. Myers was most recently seen in Halloween Ends; hopefully, his crossover can contribute towards additional rentals this Halloween!

In Fortnite’s Michael Myers skin, he can be found resembling his younger incarnation seen first seen in a 1978 movie where his mask wasn’t nearly worn as often compared to later movies.
Players will also gain access to other cosmetic items included with this set, such as a pickaxe and Back Bling for Michael playing Haddonfield theme emotes.

Based on prior collaborations, Michael Myers should cost approximately 1500 V-Bucks once released into the Fortnite Item Shop. While Frankenstein’s Monster had previously sold for 1200 V-Bucks, Myers, as a more popular crossover, should fetch much higher values.
Are You Hopping To Complete the Set with That Amazing Emote? Expect to pay around 2,4000 V-Bucks (based on other collaboration bundles in the past ). Keep in mind, though, that Epic recently increased V-Buck prices due to inflation.

Fortnite Michael Myers Skin Release Date
UPDATE: according to reliable leakers within the community, Michael Myers will be made available in Item Shop starting October 24 at 8 p.m. ET, one day after Jack Skellington.
Epic has yet to announce when Michael Myers will make an appearance in the Item Shop, but expect it to happen this Halloween. With Fortnitemares set to conclude by November 1 or so, expect Myers’ presence from around October 25 or so, given his central role as Halloween protagonist.
As soon as we know specific dates for Michael Myers’s arrival in Fortnite, this guide will be updated accordingly.
