GTA 6 may finally arrive on all platforms we expected! A recent leak indicates this possibility.
Grand Theft Auto VI will reportedly debut across multiple consoles including Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5, PC and one more unexpected console.
Although all signs point towards Rockstar officially unveiling the title this month, no announcement has yet taken place.
Fans remain optimistic we’ll finally have our first proper glimpse at GTA VI within days – which would certainly satisfy fans as all these tantalizing leaks only serve to increase anticipation!
Grand Theft Auto VI will launch exclusively on current-gen platforms such as Xbox Series X/S and PS5 before perhaps also arriving later on PC, similar to its predecessor GTA V. At launch date it remains uncertain if PC players can expect their version right away or if one might come later like GTA V did.
Reportedly, another console may soon see Rockstar Games’ forthcoming open-world title GTA VI; although no confirmation has been provided as of yet. Reports claim it could support GTA VI alongside Nintendo Switch successor.
Rumors surrounding GTA VI’s launch on Nintendo Switch 2 surfaced from an editor of Universo Nintendo in Brazil who recently stated this speculation.
Nintendo Switch 2 may make sense as its power may increase dramatically compared to rival consoles such as Xbox Series X and PS5. Furthermore, two models could launch: all digital or supporting both cartridges and digital games.
No indication yet has been given as to whether this means the next Switch will have enough horsepower for GTA VI; if its performance levels equal those of an Xbox Series S console however, then it may well suffice.
Nintendo may not be the only entity looking forward to getting its hands on Grand Theft Auto games; apparently Netflix also wants in on the fun with their newly introduced gaming streaming service.
Grand Theft Auto VI’s release date remains uncertain at present and has only been confirmed for Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 5 and PC platforms at the moment of writing.
