Age Of Empires 2 player recreates entire map from Skyrim using Age Of Empires II
An Age Of Empires 2 player has created the entire map from The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in adorable detail in Age Of Empires 2, making for an excellent display in their game.
Skyrim in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim features an unforgiving land filled with monsters, thieves and hostile wildlife – particularly powerful dragons who threaten its inhabitants.
But when viewing Skyrim from an external viewpoint, its land appears more tranquil, peaceful, and abundant than in first-person mode.
That is how Age Of Empires 2 looks like as one fan set out to recreate its map in all of its detail – an effort which resulted in incredible accuracy.
Reddit user “Rema-Kr” shared their creation “I Remade All of Skyrim in AOE2,” along with several in-game screenshots displaying his or her hard work in carefully recreating some of Skyrim’s iconic locations and making them fully playable empires – so you could soon become your very own Jarl!
Soon because this map has yet to be made public; however, one fan has expressed plans for doing so soon and provided details such as having 50+ quests with 100 unique characters that vie for control of Skyrim.”
Fans were absolutely wowed, loving the unexpected crossover between two beloved games.
“Looks nice, but are you visiting the cloud district often?”
“Two legendary games…” “Wow.”
“This is terrific – recreating content from one game into the other! Any chance for an entire map?”
Images included some of Skyrim’s key settlements such as Riften, Windhelm and Whiterun.
Hopes that Whiterun becomes Skyrim’s crown jewel soon are high – I for one am eagerly awaiting its arrival and am confident many other fans feel similarly!
