GTA 6 Job Listings Are A Promising Sign
Grand Theft Auto VI remains under heavy speculation. Although October came and went with no revelation of this highly anticipated game, job listings may offer hope of seeing its unveiling soon.
Insiders were optimistic that Grand Theft Auto VI trailer would debut around 26 October; unfortunately it never happened and so the long wait has continued. At present it appears GTA VI may make its first public debut sometime early 2024 based on latest leaks; new reports indicate it might build upon San Andreas gang wars by expanding faction creation capabilities while boasting state of the art ageing system that surpasses Red Dead Redemption 2; character customisation will likely be more detailed; there have even been reports of leaked robbery gameplay footage to admire…I could go on but let me get back to job listings before starting over again
Rockstar Games recently unveiled a secret LA studio and recently advertised three job listings linked with it online – casting assistant, associate casting associate and an associate writer focused on pedestrian/ambient dialogue for NPC characters being sought as positions at this new LA facility.
No one knows whether these casting assistants and associates are connected with GTA VI or Rockstar’s next project; casting should likely have already concluded when considering that GTA VI’s release could happen next year or in early 2025. That being said, these two tasks may go hand-in-hand; casting associates could recruit voice talent that records ambient dialogue for pedestrians to record pedestrian dialogue for GTA VI…though of course that could just be pure speculation at this stage!
Rockstar Games continues their productive effort on GTA VI while their next project begins its development, both of which can only benefit us all in some capacity. Don’t lose heart Rockstar! Keep creating amazing projects.
