Baldur’s Gate 3 players have found an exciting quest in Baldur’s Gate 3, providing shelter to stray cats.
Baldur’s Gate 3 should take home 2023’s Game Of The Year Award without question, being one of, if not the greatest RPGs ever created.
Though fans were left shocked that other RPGs, such as Starfield and Hogwarts Legacy weren’t nominated, Baldur’s Gate 3 deserves recognition even without yet having made its release date official on Xbox.
Xbox players joining the fray may soon want to discover some of the top quests; even those already immersed in their playthrough may just now discover one!
This quest begins unofficially during Act 3, but only if a specific action was completed from the very start of the game. DragonsDream posted an excellent tutorial that shows you how to locate one very special cat.
Once you locate a cat, give him to Derryth Bonecloak who offers you a quest to locate her missing husband; should this quest fail or even make him disappear altogether, Derryth may want to adopt your cat from Act 3.
Game does not reveal this information directly and it is truly astounding that someone was able to deduce this from just playing through Derryth’s quest – as most likely many won’t have seen any option for her to look after the cat!
Baldur’s Gate 3’s cat quest stands as another testament to its many secrets; some players may only now be uncovering some after 400 hours of playback!
Baldur’s Gate 3 can currently be played on PC and PlayStation 5, with Xbox Series X/S support arriving by year’s end.
