PlayStation Plus will lose 11 titles next month, including popular 2020 RPG game.
PlayStation Plus will soon lose eleven amazing RPGs as part of a reduction to content plan. This day is bound to come.
Sony, despite their best efforts, are failing to justify the increased subscription service fee of PlayStation Plus subscription service.
Recent months of Essential-tier free games have not left anyone impressed; many subscribers have threatened to cancel until quality of service offerings improves significantly; even premium features like cloud streaming have failed to keep players satisfied.
PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium game catalogs appear to be losing many heavy hitters, replacing them with lesser titles such as Gollum (one of 2023’s worst-rated titles). As soon as next month arrives, 11 more titles will depart the service; it would be tragic indeed to lose them all!
Full list: Yakuza 6: The Song of Life; Yakuza: Like a Dragon; Caladrius Blaze, Damascus Gear: Operation Tokyo HD Edition, El Hijo: A Wild West Tale and Foreclosed are just a few on offer, among many more like Friday the 13th: The Game, Legends of Ethernal Middle-earth Shadow of Mordor Shadow of War as well as The Escapists 2.
No one seems likely to miss Friday the 13th: The Game, but I find it saddening that two Yakuza games will soon no longer be offered as subscription services – these once featured Yakuza RPG titles such as 6: The Song of Life and Like a Dragon but now only remain.
If you aren’t yet subscribed to PlayStation Plus, now would be an opportune time to subscribe, with Sony offering discounted membership plans of any tier at Black Friday prices. Unfortunately for existing subscribers though, taking advantage of this sale seems illusive, further compounding Sony’s management of their service and frustrating users further.
These games will leave PlayStation Plus on 19 December; don’t miss your opportunity to experience them before it’s too late!
