GTA 6’s unprecedented loading times continue to amaze fans in leaked gameplay footage.

Leaked gameplay footage from GTA VI showing its remarkable loading times and smooth transition between characters has left fans impressed and intrigued.

GTA VI was officially revealed for development back in February 2022 and we can expect its launch no later than March 2025, though many early builds of GTA VI already surfaced online, providing proof that Vice City would play host to two playable characters within its realms. We look forward to a full reveal for GTA VI this December but for now keep tabs on any footage showing an early build of its sequel in terms of location / playability updates in December!

Have you experienced GTA V or GTA Online before? The notorious loading times, particularly on older hardware, will likely be familiar. While PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S ports have made significant strides toward speedier exploration of Los Santos.

GTA VI appears set to reduce long loading times significantly – new-gen hardware already allows for impressively fast load times, yet leaked footage shows just how seamless loading could be in GTA VI.

This video, now removed, showed two characters of the game chatting in a motel lobby before quickly switching between Lucia and Jason to explore outside. Lucia quickly leaves before Jason heads outside on an exploration mission.

Reaction from fans was enthusiastic; many noted how impressive GTA VI’s loading times were in this early build of GTA VI and may not be indicative of what we will experience later on; nonetheless, given how impressive PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X’s loading times have been already, perhaps we might witness similar enhancements come game day as well!
