GTA 6 fans have become obsessed with Hammer Lady NPC from GTA 6.
Your first thought might have been Jason and Lucia are at the center of GTA VI trailer’s appeal; while technically true, fans cannot help laughing about ‘hammer lady’ for lack of better term.
GTA VI’s trailer has finally made an appearance online after initially scheduled release (75 minutes from writing), however a leak saw Rockstar post it early due to popular demand from fans who are impressed by both its graphics and sense of humour compared to earlier installments in this franchise. GTA VI won’t hit shelves until 2025 where PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions will debut; until then fans are dissecting its trailer – many noticing “hammer lady.”
Reddit user HumanAIGPT took to Reddit with his post entitled: “Is that the Hammer Lady?” in which a pink nightgown-clad woman from GTA VI’s trailer appeared beside an individual from real life who made headlines back in 2020.
Edy Perez of Miami uploaded a video he took after local woman began assaulting his vehicle with hammers while shouting racist and anti-xenophobic abuse at Perez. She eventually entered another altercation but due to coronavirus restrictions at that time was freed the day later; even though Mr. Perez lives in Miami the video itself was recorded in Los Angeles; nonetheless developers seem inspired by it nonetheless.
GTA VI trailer features a nightgown-clad woman holding two hammers; thus prompting fans to draw parallels between this image and real life. “These developers must know exactly how the streets feel!” joked one fan; another agreed. Both commented saying they loved these references to real life!
GTA VI will launch in 2025.
