PlayStation Plus subscribers are in luck as there are over 500 hours of new free games waiting to be unlocked now.

PS Plus recently unveiled some amazing games you don’t want to miss, such as Spider-Man: Spiders Are Evil (WB Games, 2016).

No doubt about it; PlayStation has experienced quite an incredible year this year, riding high off of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 success and being awarded exclusive rights for Baldur’s Gate 3, finally available on Xbox after some delays.

PlayStation Plus appears to be PlayStation’s Achilles heel; in stark comparison with Xbox Game Pass’ subscription service. Unfortunately, players seem less than thrilled about using PlayStation Plus ever since a price-hike earlier in 2018.

Recently released games are certainly worthy of our consideration and should all remain free-to-play options.

Subscribers of PlayStation Plus Extra (and Premium) can now take advantage of free gameplay of these titles:

Grand Theft Auto 5 | PlayStation4 and PS5

Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin | PS4, PS5

Moto GP23 | PS4, PS5 AND Metal Hellsinger | PS4, PS5

Salt and Sacrifice | PS4, PS5

Moonscars | PS4, PS5; Mega Man 11 | PS4 and Gigabash| PS4, PS5 for Grime | Tinykin| Prodeus| Shadowrun Returns (PC and PlayStation5).

Shadowrun: Dragonfall Director’s Cut (PS4 and PS5)

Shadowrun: Hong Kong Extended Edition on PS4, PS5 now!

Members who subscribe to PlayStation Plus Premium now enjoy access to these classic titles:

Mega Man Legacy Collection for PS4

Mega Man Legacy Collection 2 on PS4.

Play Thrillville | PS4, PS5 for an action packed thrill ride experience on PS4. Explore Thrillville Off the Rails on PlayStation4 or PS5.

Buzz Lightyear of Star Command | PS4, PS5

GTA V is clearly one of the stand-out titles on that list, especially given all of the excitement over its successor receiving its official trailer a week or so ago.

Concerning other games, both Shadowrun and Mega Man titles deserve serious consideration, yet trying all of the newcomers may just become your new go-to games!

Sony has had an eventful 2018, although PlayStation Plus may see more lasting positive surprises next year.

PlayStation Plus subscribers are in luck as there are over 500 hours of new free games waiting to be unlocked now.
