Horizon Zero Dawn meets Uncharted in an innovative new open-world game!
Horizon Zero Dawn and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End are two outstanding PlayStation-exclusive titles from recent memory; that much can be said. Their worlds are beautiful yet deadly at once.
Horizon Forbidden West was made to surpass Horizon Zero Dawn and most recently received its expansion, Burning Shores, to amplify it further. We reviewed Horizon Forbidden West: Burning Shores with great awe; we said this expansion wasn’t simply “more of the same”. Instead, it elevates everything that made Forbidden West such an enjoyable adventure while setting it against some of the franchise’s finest storytelling yet.” We still await Naughty Dog’s next Uncharted game, though…
Are You Done Playing Horizon Games’ Horizon titles and expansions and looking for something else to fill that void until Horizon 3 and Uncharted Four arrive? Outcast: A New Beginning should be on your short-list if so; its 2017 predecessor, Outcast: Second Contact, was an update of 1999’s classic that may appeal.
Outcast: A New Beginning was designed and published by Appeal Studios for THQ Nordic and takes place open-world after Outcast pioneered nonlinear open world games with Cutter Slade returning to Adelpha from her quest.
“After being revived by Yods, he returns home only to find Talans subjugated and natural resources depleted – along with his past becoming intertwined with robotic forces from outer space. Yods must embark upon another mission and save our world again!”
Outcast: A New Beginning has an expected release date of 15 March 2024; however, delays should always be considered. Outcast will be available for PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
