Effie’s abilities will focus on enhancing Freeze teams, with her Elemental Skill reducing Hydro and Cryo resistance by up to 45%. This effect scales based on the number of Hydro and Cryo characters in the party, setting her up as a valuable asset for Freeze-based teams, particularly with characters like Ayaka. Effie seems poised to address gaps in Freeze teams, especially by improving the effectiveness of the Cryo element.
Additionally, Effie’s rumored Ascension Passive will further decrease Cryo and Hydro resistance for enemies, with up to a 45% reduction at maximum level. This makes her a key support character for Freeze teams, especially when paired with other Cryo and Hydro characters.
