Call of Duty: Black Ops 6* to Bring Back Iconic Firing Range Map in Season 3
Treyarch Studios has confirmed that *Call of Duty: Black Ops 6* will feature the return of one of the most beloved maps in the franchise’s history: Firing Range. This iconic multiplayer map is set to make its comeback with the launch of *Black Ops 6* Season 3, which is scheduled for April 2, 2025. Fans can expect more details on the season’s full content, including new maps and game modes, on March 27.
Earlier this month, Activision announced a delay for both *Black Ops 6* and *Warzone* Season 3, pushing the update by two weeks. While Warzone fans will have to wait until April 3, *Black Ops 6* players will be able to jump into the new season starting April 2. In addition, the game will be free-to-play from April 2-3, as *Warzone* servers will be offline in preparation for the return of Verdansk.
The remastered version of Firing Range is part of a larger content drop, which will also include new game modes like Demolition and Sharpshooter. Additionally, the PlayStation blog teased the return of popular *Modern Warfare* weapons such as the Kilo 141, CR-56 AMAX, and HDR, which will be available through the Battle Pass or by logging into the game during Season 3’s launch.
As *Black Ops 6* fans gear up for Season 3, the return of Firing Range promises to be a highlight, with even more content expected to be revealed in the full roadmap on March 27.
