Honkai: Star Rail Leak Hints at Major Buffs for Jingliu in Version 3.4
A new leak suggests that *Honkai: Star Rail* fan-favorite Jingliu will be receiving major buffs in the upcoming Version 3.4 update. The changes aim to rework her scaling to better align with the current meta.
According to reliable leaker Luna, Jingliu’s updated kit will shift her focus toward HP-based scaling, making better use of her high base HP—currently fourth highest in the game. Her Eidolons are also expected to be reworked, reducing reliance on ATK stats and improving synergy with HP-based builds.
This move is part of HoYoverse’s broader effort to update older characters. During the Version 3.2 livestream, the developer confirmed buffs for Blade, Kafka, Silver Wolf, and Jingliu, aiming to bring early characters in line with newer additions.
Jingliu’s rework could pair well with support characters like Hyacine and Castorice, who also use HP mechanics, potentially bringing her back as a top-tier DPS option in the 3.4 meta.
