World of Warcraft Revamps Children’s Week with New Quests, Rewards, and Pets

*World of Warcraft* has kicked off its revamped Children’s Week event, live now through May 5, with exciting new content including four new orphans to adopt, fresh questlines, and unique rewards. Players can participate in this annual holiday, which allows them to temporarily adopt orphans and complete quests across Azeroth, all while earning new collectibles.

This year’s update introduces four orphans from *The War Within* factions: Skibbles the Kobold, Destien the Arathi, Kitzy the Goblin, and Threadis the Nerubian. Players can pick up quests for these orphans from Ullna in Dornogal, alongside all previous event content.

In addition to the new orphans, players will now earn a new currency—Well-loved Figurines—by completing these quests. These can be exchanged for a variety of new rewards, including the Helpful Workshop Bot, Argos lynx, and Goggles hyena pets, as well as the Children’s Stormwind and Orgrimmar Guard Weapon Set ensembles. New vendors in Dornogal, Stormwind, and Orgrimmar will offer these rewards.

While there are no new achievements for this year’s event, players can still complete tasks for the *For the Children* meta-achievement, which contributes to the *What a Long, Strange Trip It’s Been* achievement and the Violet Proto-Drake mount.

The event has also returned to *WoW Classic*, where players can adopt orphans in both *Season of Discovery* and *Classic Era*.
