Even though PlayStation Plus members possess Call of Duty: WWII to play for free as part of the app’s monthly free games roll out, it appears the second game included is another shot, and it is none other than Star Wars Battlefront 2!
Apparently, this Star Wars Battlefront 2 free for PS Plus thing has been accidentally leaked by the PlayStation Instagram, that has pulled the fast six-second ad. Thankfully, someone was able to catch it which you can watch under.
As you can see from the quick fly-by, Star Wars Battlefront 2 is revealed temporarily after Call of Duty: WWII. Additionally, it reveals the Days of Play occasion Sony has announced previously. Obviously, there is a chance this is a fake, and we’ve contacted Sony about this and will update the article if and when we get a reply.
When it is really Star Wars Battlefront 2, PS Plus members will have two fantastic multiplayer shooters to keep them busy while we are in this ongoing pandemic. While DICE may have rolled from the last content fall to get Battlefront 2, the match will still see fresh events and these from DICE.
Would you’re OK with Star Wars Battlefront 2 being the second freebie or would you want a title that’s on another genre?
