Street Fighter 5 Update 3.03 Released, Announcement Teased

After months of no updates, Capcom has launched the Street Fighter 5 update 3.03 patch which is outside on PS4 and PC. Curious? Continue reading for the full patch notes below. Besides this upgrade, Capcom has teased something for Champion Edition owners as well.

[Battle Adjustments]

Recoverable Damage After Hit

Fixed an issue with a few moves that cause recoverable damage equivalent to processor damage when obstructed,
Where the quantity of recoverable damage are just like that of a hit.

Changes to Dhalsim and Guile

However, this made it easier for some projectiles to hit opponents from behind, so the moves in question have been adjusted.
Assess the following for further details of the adjustments:

— Fixed a problem where only the result stays when EX Psycho Blast is canceled by Gill’s Flame Javelin or even Volcanic Storm.

— V-Trigger II Yoga Sansara has had the quantity its own hitbox extends inwards reduced.

— Fixed an issue where blocking some strikes with V-Skill II”Double Poison Dance” would cause too much recoverable damage.

— Fixed a problem where after V-Skill II Overchain is performed, blocking an opponent’s shield break technique with Sledgehammer
Could cause the effect of Overchain to be lost, even though no harm was received.

— Altered active attack frames of V-Skill I Sonic Blade’s extended inward hitbox from 42F into 2F.
— Reduced the elongated inward hitbox of Sonic Hurricane and altered the active assault frames of this component from 50F to 2F.

— Altered the juggle conduct of the competition when Spin Pendulum strikes from the air, reducing cases in which a Cyclone Distaster follow-up could overlook.
— Changed in which the character appears when transitioning in the copied version of Air Stampede into Mad Spin, as well as the difference in recovery period on guard.

We also have made other minor fixes and improvements.

[Bug Fixes]

— The antenna display on the combat verification display for ranked matches, casual matches, and the Battle Lounge indicates a range that is one step slower than the true response time.
— Even setting limitations when developing a Battle Lounge indicates a range that is 1 phase slower than the true response time.
