The Accountable developers at Warhammer Chaosbane released the Tower of Chaos Update today. We have the entire patch notes for this upgrade on May 28th.
Warhammer Chaosbane Update 1.06 is now available for download. This update adds the new Tower of Chaos style. There is also new material, optimizations and bug fixes.

Gameplay
- **New Mode Added — The Tower Of Chaos*** The Tower of Chaos is a new arena in which you can test your skills in various battle challenges, the higher you climb, the better quality loot you’ll get. Once you clear each floor, you can choose whether to take the rewards and finish your trip here or push onward for better rewards.
- **Relic Hunt and Boss Rush Rework** More choices have been given to the participant, to choose the maps and modifiers they are interested in playing. You will get better loot based on what modifiers you choose and will be able to custom-tune the challenge. Added the option to chain a few skills during the use of other combat skills without interrupting animations
- Cosmetic menu added, letting you substitute the visuals of your gear with other equipment you have
- Inventory and the Stash can now be reorganized by the player with the mouse.

Base Collision radius increased 20 -> 23
Superior Collision radius improved 20 -> 25 - Stamina profit increased on Strike 1 -> 2
- Additional Slow Chance -> 20 percent
Mastered * Collision radius increased 20 -> 27 - Additional a prospect of gaining a Counter-Attack cost -> 20%
‘Slice’
All Versions * Initial crash radius reduced 30 -> 20 - Slow chance reduced 100% -> 50 percent
- Slow duration reduced 3s -> 2s
- Additional a Block Chance debuff -> -50percent
- Additional a Critical Hit Chance bonus -> 50 percent of this Block Chance stat
Superior * Knockback rate reduced 100% -> 50% - Knockback distance decreased 300 -> 200
Mastered * Debuff additional (damage taken increased | non-cumulative | 5 minutes ) on all enemies touched -> +20% - elimination of this cooldown reduction for every kill.
‘Pistolier’
All variations * Collision radius reduced: 20 -> 10 - Stun length increased: 1.5s -> 2s
- Added Fire damage to enemies with less than 25% of the max life. -> 1
Classic* Projectile maximum range increased: 10 -> 15 - Damage reduced: 3.6 -> 2.6
- Stun rate decreased: 100% -> 30%
Superior* Projectile max range raised 10 -> 20 - Damage decreased 3.96 -> 2.96
- Knockback and Stun prices increased: 20% -> 30%
- Damage bonus removed on Slowed enemies
Mastered* Projectile max range increased: 10 -> 12 - Damage reduced: 4.36 -> 3.36
‘Incisive Breakthrough’
Superior* Energy gain increased: 4 -> 5 - Energy gain on hit increased 1 -# 2
- Damage taken bonus reduced -20% -> -10%

- ‘Heart Seeker’ Axe — Increases all damage inflicted, the result is much more powerful for DoTs
- ‘Ultimate Carnage’ Axe — Increases all damage inflicted (300 percent , up from 200), increased damage taken (20%, up from 10), critical success speed decreased by 20%
- ‘Last Song’ Set — Fresh effect added which raises energy generation and motion rate based on the amount of nearby enemies affected with a bleed effect
- ‘Death Wish’ tooltips have been updated for the 3 variants of their ability
- ‘Mountain’s Wrath’ Superior and Mastered icons have been switched
- ‘Laceration’ tooltips have been updated
- ‘Laceration Classic’ damage type changed from Fire/Physical -> Physical/Physical
- ‘Shred’ healing effect today comes in the projectile (formerly the direct hit)
- ‘Call to Oath’ added a tooltip showing the price in Life Points
- ‘Mountains Wrath — Superior’ — Fire damage was substituted with Physical Damage
- ‘Insatiable’ — Each hit inflicts a synergistic impact on the enemy. Life point regeneration was eliminated
- ‘Ultimate Carnage’ — Damage multiplayer increased (300%, up from 200). Additional Critical Attack Rate reduction (-20percent ), Damage taken multiplayer increased (+20 percent, up from 10)
- ‘Avenger’ Establish Skill — Additional movement speed and energy regen bonus when nearby enemies are bleeding
- ‘Unyielding’ — Added missing tooltip
- ‘Axe Throw’ — All versions pass by enemies
Elessa
- Basic skill speed has been improved
- Trap Collision has been solved
Keela
‘Iron Dragon’
All variations - Number of collisions reduced 3 -> 1
- Damage improved -> x3
Mastered * AoE harm improved: 30% -> 50 percent
Other Skills - ‘Experimental Mines’ – Energy expenditure and damage increased
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where icons would appear smaller in the inventory
- Fixed a problem with the’Last Song’ Establish effect, meaning it now applies properly
