Butcher is an action shooter made by the same programmer as Carrion. Both matches focus on stunning 2D pixel-art and upsetting and barbarous visuals. Many like to compare Butcher to Doom, with Butcher being in some ways the 2D manifestation of this timeless first-person shooter. Butcher plays fast, uses various weapons such as a chainsaw, and enemies bleed profusely upon passing.
