My Hero Academia’s new movie is coming to theatres later this year
In My Hero, Academia’s latest movie, World Heroes’ Mission, Deku and his friends must save the world once again. On Wednesday, the latest movie in the My Hero universe received a new trailer and a U.S. release on Oct. 29.
My Hero Academia – World Heroes’ Mission Deku and Rody follow their internship at Pro Hero Endeavor Agency. Deku and Rody are accused of a crime they didn’t do, but this is just a distraction to a more sinister plot. Humanise plans to eradicate all Quirks worldwide, and only Deku and Rody, Todoroki and Bakugo can stop them.
This third My Hero Academia feature movie features the same cast and creative team as the previous two. World Heroes’ Mission premiered in Japan on Aug. 6, where it quickly became the highest-earning of the films in the My Hero universe. World Hero’s Mission was directed by Kenji Nagasaki, animated by Bones, just like the other movies and anime series.
My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission will be available in U.S. theatres on Oct. 29 in subtitled English dub. The exact release date of the movie is unknown.
