Patch 9.2 PTR has been made available so players can start testing all of the new content that comes with Eternity’s End. This includes the new PvP Trinkets, which can be used within PvP content.
Players don’t like the current arena meta. Teams hold cooldowns and then burst each other in one second. This doesn’t make it engaging gameplay.
The Cosmic Gladiator’s Fastidious Resolution is one of the new active trinkets. It grants the player 30 seconds of stun and interrupts immunity following three spells. This makes them virtually unstoppable in a meta where one shot decides a game.

Many WoW PvPers, such as Venruki and Crew, have expressed their opinions on the new trinket. They don’t want it to make it into the live game.
Over the past 2 patches, Blizzard has listened to players and hopes to make changes to this trinket.
Blizzard announced the PTR and reworked for many Tier Bonus players pointed out, so the same should be for this trinket.
