Marvel Releases Trailer for ‘Moon Knight’, Confirms March Release Date
Are you ready to see some fresh Marvel content this Tuesday morning? You’re in luck! The first official trailer of the Disney+ series Moon Knight has just dropped, and it looks seriously amazing.
We have a glimpse at what the six-part series will look like. This includes our first glimpse of Oscar Isaac ( Dune and Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker) in the lead role. It is perfect casting, I think. Below, take a look.
If you’re wondering what a Moon Knight is, here’s the official summary from Marvel. “The series follows Steven Grant, who works in a gift shop and becomes plagued by blackouts and the memories of another lifetime. Steven learns that he suffers from a dissociative identity disorder. He shares a body and can communicate with Marc Spector, a mercenary. Their enemies confront Steven and Marc. They must navigate their complicated identities as they are thrust into a deadly mystery involving the powerful gods in Egypt.
Fans have taken to YouTube comments to express their excitement. It’s amazing how the acting is done, and the music is great. Ridhima Chetan commented, “This is going to [another] Marvel […] blockbuster!” Please don’t be afraid of highlighting mature themes in this movie! I seriously dig what I am seeing here and hope that they’re not afraid to make it mature to the right extent!” wrote FroBoy696Productions.
Oscar Isaac is also featured in the series. May Calamawy and Ethan Hawke are also part of the cast. The series will be directed by Mohamed Diab (Cairo 678) and Aaron Moorhead (Resolution) as the directing duo Justin Benson (Resolution). Moon Knight will air exclusively on Disney+ from March 30th.
