The year 2022 is officially underway. Nintendo has announced that they will host another Direct showcase, filled with announcements and new information about the latest games for the Nintendo Switch. This is all you need to know about Nintendo Direct 2022.
February 2022 Nintendo Direct Start Date & Time
The first Nintendo Direct will be held on February 9th 2022. It will begin at 2 pm ET/10 pm GMT/11 pm CET.

February 2022 Nintendo Direct Games
Nintendo has already confirmed that the Direct will be 40 minutes and include “information mainly focused upon Nintendo Switch games launching during the first half 2022”.
That sentence’s “primarily focused” part suggests that there may be a few surprise announcements beyond the June 2022 end. We might get information about Breath of the Wild 2 or hints at the next Mario Kart or Mario Kart game. Anything can happen.
Splatoon 3 will be launched this year. We may also hear more about that. Kirby’s new game, The Forgotten Land, which will launch next month, will also be available. We’ll likely hear more about that. There’s also a chance that we will hear more about the N64/Mega Drive/Genesis emulators, which are now available via the Nintendo Switch Online Expansion Pack.
