Kickstarter Launches Dead by Daylight Board Game Later in the Month
Dead By Daylight brings slasher horrors to the board gaming world. Level 99 and Behaviour Interactive have joined forces to make this nightmare come true. This adaptation will be made possible by a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign.
Two to four players will be working together to rescue survivors and repair generators. This is a change of pace, but it’ll still keep the game in its original form. One player assumes the role of the killer in an attempt to escape Trial Grounds. They guess their moves and try to kill these survivors.

“I’m probably the most avid board gamer I know, and Dead by Daylight: The Board Game was an incredible experience. We were all huge board game enthusiasts so we had high expectations. We were all excited and impressed when we were shown this project.
Level 99 has managed to adapt Dead by Daylight to a boardgame. The Killers VS Survivors asymmetrical game, the unexpected surprises and the game loops are all there. With almost all of the original characters, and all the different perks, there is a lot to love about this game. I will be ordering my copy and I highly recommend it to our fans!
Dead by Daylight’s board game will retail at $49.99 USD and include 6 Killers, 7 survivors, and 2 maps. The collector’s edition costs $99.99 USD and includes 16 Killers, 17 survivors, and 4 maps. If/when the Kickstarter is successful, players will be able to order copies of the collector’s edition by Halloween 2022.
