The New Gameplay Trailer for “Hogwarts Legacy” Confirms A Huge Wizarding World
Finally, we look at the Harry Potter RPG Hogwarts Heritage, and it looks like the Wizarding World adventure that we’ve been waiting to see.
The trailer revealed a variety of classes, magical beasts, students, dungeons, broomsticks and flying.
As a fifth-year student at Hogwarts, you will be enrolled in all classes that wizards and witches would expect to attend. The trailer featured various items, including charms, herbs, duelling, and potions. These subjects are more difficult to learn outside the classroom, so the more familiar you will be. For example, you can make potions for different boons. The use of herbs in combat can be done by those skilled in Herbology. Combative training in Defence Against The Dark Arts will greatly benefit young students.
You can hang out in the common area between classes to play sidequests and minigames. Or, explore the castle’s surrounding areas to discover hidden treasures, dungeons and other environmental puzzles. Explore will bring you new gear and parts that can be used to craft and upgrade your life.
The game’s story revolves around a goblin rebellion that players must defeat. This will allow them to take on dark wizards and other magical creatures infected with ancient magic. Different enemies have different approaches and weaknesses to combat, so you will need to identify which counter charms and spells work best in each situation. You’ll discover more powerful spell combinations and skills as you go along the story.
There’s much more to do and see than the main story. You can find plenty of things to do in Hogwarts and visit nearby Hogsmede and other small wizarding hamlets all over the globe with their own quests and puzzles. Due to a dynamic weather system and changing seasons, the world will always change.
The trailer teases that you can “choose a path” and become the wizard or witch you desire. This may include the ability to commit unforgivable evil deeds. Is that a way to walk around Hogwarts and murder students? We’ll have to wait and see.
