After the positive reaction, ‘Fortnite” No-Building Mod To Become Permanent
According to data mining, it seems increasingly likely that Fortnite‘s surprise-no-build mode will become a permanent fixture in the battle royale.
Epic Games has announced it is removing building – which is arguably the most distinctive aspect of Fortnite – from the game in an update earlier this year. The response has been… amazing, in fact. There are many lapsed gamers who feel that they can finally enjoy the game as a colourful shooter and not have to worry about fighting other people who are capable of building massive towers or fortifications.
Epic’s official statement at this time is that the temporary lack of building is an interim measure and normal service will resume soon. This is exactly what it should be. The building is a part of Fortnite. You don’t have to play the Battle Royale.
Epic Games can’t deny that no-build mode has attracted thousands of players to the game and earned a lot of praise. It’s not as if Fortnite ever struggled, but why not capitalize on something that makes so many people happy?
It looks like no-build will be in the game thanks to the efforts of leaker/data miner . However, this is an optithe on to play alongside the Fortnite we all love/hate (delete as appropriate).
There will be four modes that don’t require building: solo, duos and trio, as well as squads. These modes will be completely separate from the ones that feature building mechanics. This means that anyone who wants to play Fortnite as a straight-up shooter may use them. Others who wish to keep the game as it has always been can do so. Sometimes you can please everyone. Who would have thought?
Take this information with a pinch of salt. Epic Games has yet not officially announced anything, despite the fact that this evidence and the positive response to the current no build mode make it a clear choice. Enjoy no-build while it’s still available.
