Fallout 4 Mod Brings New Mechanist-themed Dungeon with Unique Power Armor Rewards To The Commonwealth
Fallout 4 mods offer many ways to enrich the Commonwealth experience – from making Concord into an atmospheric pre-war town, to giving players access to Deathclaw vehicles – adding another dimension and depth.
While some provide tools that enable players to add personal flair to their post-apocalyptic playthroughs, others allow creative vault dwellers to craft adventures for fellow Fallout fans to experience.
If your Sole Survivor is looking forward to taking on an adventurous dungeon crawl that promises them some powerful new armour pieces, provided they can combat through waves of killer robots, then adding a mod might be worthwhile to their load order.
RascalArt’s most recent creation is called ‘Mechanist Omega – An Antagonist Quest Mod’ and features some new adversaries to the wasteland such as radiation creatures or mechanised faction troops.
Now they’ve turned their talents to level design with The Antagonist Quests mods; an ongoing series of planned dungeon mods that add fresh locations with enemies, weapons, armour and an epic boss battle that might drop some cool loot!
Opening up the action, “Mechanist Omega” presents you with the challenge of fighting your way through an Institute facility accessible via an underground hatch just west of Sanctuary.
Inside you’ll discover an assortment of unique robot enemies to face down, along with various terminal entries detailing its history. Finally, there will be an armoured boss posing a serious challenge, particularly if your character has yet to hit level five.
RascalArt has provided potential fixes to address some minor issues you might experience with the highly moddable power armour set you can earn by winning this encounter, along with emphasizing how Automatron and Nuka World DLCs must also exist for this mod to function correctly.
